I just joined the Brooks Run Happy® Group at Sweat365!
I’m a woman from Camp Arifjan Kuwait, born in 1968.
My goals are: My primary goal is to start exercising 5 days a week for at least 45-minutes per session. Secondary goal is to lose weight.
